    1.1 Source code is provided in a .zip archive labeled by the Figure or Table that was generated in the manuscript.
    1.2 Input and output data pertaining to only labeled result (Figure or Table) are also included in the archive.
    1.3 If input/output data are relevant to more than one result, the data have been placed in CommonResults.zip.
2 Notes
    2.1 Due to the large amount of data used and generated, not all raw data are provided.  However, enough data is provided to execute the code.  If it is desired to reproduce the entire workflow, please contact the corresponding author.
